Why message Invalid Sim Card on Galaxy Grand Prime?

[AC Question]

I've spoken to agents at great length at Straight Talk, they say everything should be fine according to my address & Sim Card #, however, it does nothing! The phone also shows no signal, which they say there should be one! My husband has the exact same phone, same company, & not a problem!!

Welcome to Android Central! It could be a problem with the phone's SIM reader. Can you try other SIM cards in it? How about your husband's?
