Why my battery is draining quickly to a certain percentage and then working fine?

I have a Moto 4g. It was working fine till now. All of a sudden I am facing problem with battery.
It's charging very slowly after 90 percent. And once I put it off at 94 percent or 90 percent it drains quickly to a certain percentage of battery , say 45. After that it drains normally. What should I do?

Welcome to Android Central! Not sure if this still works on modern phones, but try recalibrating the battery sensor software by charging up to 100%, then using it normally until it shuts off automatically from low battery. Then charge back up to 100% again. Does the battery seem to decrease more normally now?
