Why My phone making empty album in gallery? Is it hacked?

Hi, my samsung s6 edge making empty videos mp4 folder in album which has 9 vidoes and coulndt play just grey screen. I deleted it many time but keep coming again and again.
I need to fix it and want to know is it any type of virus or hacking thing?
