why my s8 not charging and keep showing moisture detected?

my new galaxy s8 keep showing moisture detected and the phone is not charging at all. no contact with water any time. no way contaminated. i dont know why. this occured justafter 4 to 5 days

The S8 is water resistant, NOT water proof. That being said, you may want to contact your carrier and/or Samsung if you are having an issue.
