Why my Samsung S4 keyboard doesn't switch to Arabic language?

Though input configuration for Samsung keyboard has listed Arabic Language but doesn't appear on space bottom to be swiped

Do any of the other languages you have appear there? Are you sure you've downloaded and activated the Arabic language package?

Also, I'm not sure if the Samsung keyboard lets you change the keyboard layout for each language or not, but in SwiftKey (the one the Samsung keyboard is based off of), if you set all your languages to the same keyboard layout, you cannot choose any language from the space bar, it just 'knows' which language you're typing in when suggesting predictions.
