why people have haed time hearing me on my galaxy s5?

People are telling me that they have hard time hearing me. Is operator error or there is something wrong with the device?

Try using the Voice Recorder and make a recording while holding the device like you were using it as a phone. How does it sound?

And if you really want to do a bit of testing, sign up for a Skype account and use the call testing service, which will record a brief call from you and then play it back.

If you can make these recordings of yourself and the sound is okay, then at least you will know that the device is functioning properly.
