I have a pixel xl and all other t mobile apps work except my T mobile. I have went to T mobile and they verified phone is locked and it is a Verizon issue. I then called Google and they went through troubleshooting and stated nothing is wrong with phone and it's a t mobile app problem and they will contact the owner of the app to see what can be done. Trying to find out if other t mobile users experienced the same problem and what was done. I also have yet to receive the latest software update.
