Why the gif capture/capture + in stylo 4 is not working?

I have and LG stylo 4 , when i took the pen the screen with the Capture + and gif capture pops up but for one reason i don't know i been trying to use "Capture +" or the "gif capture" but its no letting me i click on it but its not working ...... Can someone help me?
