Why turns the option notifications in set visible (readable)?

Hello dear S9 owners and Android guys,

I have a problem with my Samsung Galaxy S9. When I adjust the notification settings so that the messages WITHOUT CONTENTS have to be displayed on the lock screen, this setting automatically jumps back to WITH CONTENT and thus the contents of the messages for example from WhatsApp is displayed.

I have restarted the device a few times but this has not helped.

Could someone please help me with this?
