Why won't factory reset work?

I need to post logs and data somewhere that someone can tell me how to fix my situation. My phone has malware on it that takes over my permissions and camera, mic, wifi, BTW, etc and factory reseting it doesn't get rid of it. I need advice.

Sorry man, I'm new to this and I did read that I just am very frustrated right now. I've been trying to clean my phone for like 4 days. I've tried everything. I can send even more detailed logs if you need them.
