Why won't my android turn on?

[AC Question]

My kocaso mx780 won't turn on! It stays at the black shimmering kocaso screen, and I left it there doing that for 24 hours!

Same problem, but with the Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport. Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm having the same problem and I am trying to figure out what I can do except hit the reset button.

Never mind. I pressed the reset button and am still having this problem.
