Why won't my game install

I recently purchased and tried to install the game X-com Enemy Within. When I went to go install it, I didn't get a progress bar on percentage installed, but just a continuous line scrolling from left to right over and over. I currently have a G3, with plenty of storage space. I was trying to install it off of my 4G. I'm wondering if I was doing something wrong or if I just need to give the game more time?

Did you try from deskptop website? You can send it to your prefered device.
And you should try with another device, maybe there is something wrong with yours.

That means your Internet connection was not strong enough to begin downloading. Try using Wifi and it'll work
