Why won't my LG E970 come out of Safe mode?

Hello every one I am having a problem, my LG E970 Screen was broken, After putting a new panel(LCD + Touch) mobile goes into Safe mode . i tried all the procedures that i found on internet like.
Restarting, battery removal, sim card removal,factory reset etc , but problem does not solve . please help me to get rid of this problem. due to the safe mode volume button also does not work.

Welcome to Android Central! Are there any problems with the volume control? If the Volume Down button is stuck in a pressed state, then it's possible that whenever you boot up, it thinks you're trying to boot into Safe Moe.

yes sir . both volume increas and decrees button are not working . please suggest me a working solution

You'd need to bring it to a repair shop to fix or replace the volume button.
