Why won't my Moto G maintain a WIFI connection?

Moto G won't maintain WIFI connection

Since the upgrade fro kitkat to lollipop my Moto G will not retain a WIFI connection. This applies to any WIFI even at home. I can connect OK but a few seconds later it drops out. This is making the phone unusable as I have to leave WIFI off or the battery drains. Before the upgrade everything worked fine and battery life was great.

Welcome to AC.

First, try a Cache Partition wipe.
Tell us what that does.

These are Motorola instructions to wipe the cache partition.

The whole process can take up to 10 minutes so make sure you have at least 50% of battery left.

Sorry Googled it now. Made no difference. Still keeps dropping out.
