play store wont open on moto x
When i tap play store it says background data disabled - hit enable, it shows sync window. I have seen online where they say go to settings, under wireless & networks tap data usage. hit the three squares in the top right corner and uncheck restrict background data. I did that and it still doesn't work. What do I do now?
