Why won't my S4 send or recieve pics?

My s4 will not send or recieve pics.

Hello every one
My s4 will not recieve pics. I cannot sent a pic either. I have tried several things. turning my phone off, turning off power saving mode, calling straight talk and nothing seem to work. can someone please help me.

straight talk but its an AT&T phone

And you have made sure that mobile data is turned on? Sometimes the simplest things are at fault. My wife's phone does this quite often because she forgets to turn mobile data on when she needs to.
