Why won't my S4 turn on or charge?

[AC Question]

S4 Won't Turn On Or Charge

So last night my phone was at approximately at 3%, so I put it on charge, come back a few hours later to find out the phone wasn't charging however it was really hot, it doesn't vibrate when power button is held and there is no light to indicate its charge, I have tried:
Different Charger
Different Outlet
Different Battery
Safe Mode, Odin Mode, Recovery Mode

Please Help With This

Welcome to Android Central! Was the different battery a brand new one? When you put it in, did you let it charge on a wall outlet for at least 4-6 hours before trying to power on? If this different battery wasn't charged, then it might not immediately indicate that it's being charged until it has enough juice to activate that function of the phone.

It Was an Old Battery and do you recommend leaving it on charge overnight. Sorry I am OP but made an account

If Charging for 4-6 hours does not work, what do you reccomend

If it's an old battery that's been sitting around for a while, it might be dead, too. Charge that one up for at least 12 hours on a wall outlet, undisturbed. If it still doesn't work, I'd try a brand new battery, which shouldn't be too expensive.

Thank you for your help B. Diddy, could I ask you whats the worse case scenario in this case? Going to start the charging process now.

The worst case scenario is that the motherboard is faulty and needs to be replaced. Another possibility is a faulty charging port, which would be cheaper to replace. But it's hard to tell without taking it to a technician for diagnostic testing. So the easiest thing for you to do is try a new battery, and if that doesn't work, bring it to a repair shop.
