Why won't my Samsung Note 4 Edge change notification tones?

My Samsung Note 4 Edge will not change notification tones

I have tried to customize my contact with different tones, but when I do it always goes to the default tone. I have even tried to change the default tone and no luck it will not change. Any ideas?
