Why won't my Sony Smartwatch 3 respond to my Note 3?

why my sony smartwatch 3 is not responding to my note 3

i am using a note 3 lollipop 5.0
some times it connects to my sony smartwatch 3 and sometimes it dont
even the downloaded apps for android wear doesn't shows in menu of smartwatch

Welcome to Android Central! Is your Android Wear app on the phone up to date? When you open it, does it always show the watch as Connected, or is it often Disconnected? Have you tried forgetting the watch on the phone and doing a factory reset of the watch, then going through the pairing/connection process again?
