Sony Xperia Z3+ Won't Connect to Mobile Data.

A few days ago, I noticed my Z3+ Stopped connecting to mobile data. I've tried doing a hard reset, manual roam and taking sim card etc out and in again - none of this has worked.
Im really now puzzled as to what the problem would be. I can get the 3G + 4G symbols, but it times out when trying to connect to anything.
It works fine on my S6 Edge.
