Verizon G3 withh not download any app

Got my G3 4 days ago, everything seems to be working great except for the fact I cannot download any apps. In fact on the initial setup it did not download all of my existing apps and now will not download any old or new apps. I have rebooted, cleared the cache on play store app. HELP!!!

Does a message come up when you try?

Also, is all well with your Google account settings?

No message! Google account settings seem to be ok, getting Gmail, contacts, and calendar. When I go to play store and try to download, system starts showing download but app never gets sownloaded.

Try Uninstall Updates in the Play Store app, Power Off and Restart phone and see whether that does it. You can always re-update the app at a later date.

On the subject of updates, I suppose you haven't got app updates pending in Update Centre, waiting to be downloaded?

I am on Verizon so no Update Center.

Goole Play store is showing a "waiting for Network" message

And you've tried with LTE and Wifi? I've had issues in the past where app downloads would hang up with my Fios service.

Re: Verizon G3 withh not download any app

Did this appears to be working now, one app updated, will see if it continues.

Go to Settings >> Manage Applications or Apps >> open "All" tab

From the list of "All" apps >> scroll down and select "Play Store" >> select Force Stop, clear cache and clear data

Again go back to "All">> scroll and select Download Manager>> select clear cache and clear data

Now open Google Play and try updating your app. If the problem is still there continue the step below.

Go to "All">> scroll and select Play Store >> select Uninstall Updates
