cell provider fixed me up with a samsung s3, its used does everything just like theyt should. wife got a brand new one and it wont allow her to tether. i am new to android but have gained root access on my phone( didnt wana deal with breaking hers) what styeps will i need to do after gaining root access on hers to get those functions up and running samsung S3 Gt 19300 hers is lte capable wil that make differnce in proccess also mine is the hspca? capable model
