Why won't my wifi turn on (Moto G)?

wifi wont turn and i cant click the on button either (moto g)

So i factory reset my phone and now it wont turn on the wifi or let me click the wifi on button its just grey and i have wifi in my house its just my moto g phone thats not working help s.o.s
