Wi-Fi connection problems with my Android TV box.

Dear Sir,

I bought two android tv box, the model are pendoo x10 and Turewell t9, both are not able to connect to my network.

Thats beginning make me crazy. I want buy a android tv box with no network connections issues. Able to download apli. from the google play store , plex apli., amazon prime video apli. , netflix etc..

Unless you have a solution to fix my issues. You are so kind if you can please suggest me a tv android box.

Also I did attached two pictures The first one is the setup of my router
The second one is my tv box setup . My question is why the ip adress and the mac adress is different then my router ?

I dont know if i can change those adress in the tv BOX

Can the devices "see" the network?

Can you connect them via ethernet cable? Or does it have to be by WiFi?

Yes i can see the network but when I try to connect to my network he reply to me cant find the network.

If you disable security, does this make a difference?

Hmm. Ok on the Android box, forget the wifi connection, reboot the router and try to set up again. Also, make sure in your router settings that it is not restricting connection to certain mac addresses
