Wi Fi drop out only at work

Hello does any one know why my Moto G drops out my firms wi fi but no where else my I pad stays connected as does every one elses phone , the software is the latest , and it started about 3 weeks ago dropping out several minutes after logging back in , thanks in advance

Thank you for the prompt reply , but would the problem only happen the firms wi fi and not any other wi fi, you are right it is the phone but what is making select only the 1 wi fi
