I can DL apps and widgets but after DL'ing a widget and long pressing to install it I don't see it on the list. When I reboot then it appears. Factory reset (including SD card) and still the same problem. Weird. Called customer support and they have no clue. They said to return the phone. Anyone else experience this?

I hope they don't give me problems at the Verizon B&M. I returned the Gnex and now I need a second Rezound.

I've experienced this w/ 2 apps a few weeks ago but when I reinstalled them after the boot loop crashed my party & made me reset. They work fine, now.

Google made some type of security change that requires you to move your apps that have widgets back to your phone's internal storage, so if it's saved on ur SD card you won't be able to see the widget or put it on ur desktop. You gotta move it back.

Exchanged my phone....they saw that I had a Nexus before but didn't give me any grief....for having my third phone now in as many weeks (yep, I exchanged the Nexus). New phone, problem gone. And my old one was more buggered up than I thought. I could never initialize my hotmail or yahoo email accounts through their customized accounts list. Always had to use the generic email setup. And I discovered the screen sensitivity was way too high in the other phone. When I used a scroll list whatever I touched became immediately highlighted instead of a slight pause. Also picked up the black Verizon case....Beats logo shows in back :p . Very cool look to the phone.

I thought of that....it didn't seem to matter where the widget was located. BTW, I went through my problem with a salesperson at Verizon. I wanted to show him though it apparently wasn't necessary. And to confirm I wasn't doing anything wrong....this is my first time with Sense. He, on the other hand, owned a Tbolt. So he saw for himself this weird problem. Either the hardware was defective or somehow I got a corrupt OS image.
