WiFi Calling problem

I am unable to set up WiFi Calling. S25 Ultra in Canada.

Samsung website indicates there is a switch for WiFi Calling in Connections between WiFi and Bluetooth.

I don't have this on my phone.

There is a WiFi calling tab in Google phone app and when turned on this takes me to my phone company to put in 911 address. After this I get a notice saying couldn't set up WiFi calling turn on in settings.

Anyone else have this problem, any thoughts.

Does your carrier support WiFi calling? The WiFi calling feature is carrier-dependent. If it's available on your device, you would see it on Settings/Connections; there should be a Wi-Fi Calling toggle. If this is absent or grayed out, your current carrier settings don't support this feature.

Usually the sim card dictates what gets installed so probably your carrier.

This is my screenshot in settings how it's supposed to show up

Make sure they also support it on your plan, I know freedom likes to cut corners in certain places. You might want to call them though. If they do support it get them to reprovision it. Make sure you mention Wi-Fi calling.
Plan on calling support but I know I need hours to get someone. There service is atrocious but pricing great, especially the international roaming.
