wifi help please

Okay before I throw this phone out of my window I want to see if any of you guys can help me out. I am connected to the wifi in my home and getting about 25mbs download speeds. When I stream twitch to my phone( as in I'm watching a stream not me streaming for others to watch) I can get about five minutes of viewing then my phone goes into a buffer then it buffers about every 30 seconds after it starts. I have checked on both my Xbox and my wife's iPad and neither have the same issue. So I can only assume it's the phone. Does anyone know how to fix it. I have already turned off the smart switch in wifi settings and forgot and reconnected and I've even done a factory reset. Any help at all would be great thanks

Check your router settings and see if there is a QoS option (Quality of Service) -- if so, then turn it off.

Thanks, I'll look at that when I get home from work today. Hopefully that will help it.
