Android Central Question

My phone keeps disconnecting reconnecting to the wifi on its own. I've tried everything except for a factory reset which is my last hope. My router is 10ft away and in the same room as me so I don't think its the connection reaching the phone. I've tried resetting my network settings. I've tried to turn off wifi scanning and everything in my connection settings. I've tried deleting all the apps. Can someone help so I dont have to reset my phone?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Does this only happen on your home wi-fi network, or on any wi-fi network? Have you already tried rebooting your router by unplugging its power for 30 seconds? If that doesn't help, see this guide for other ideas: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...roubleshooting-wi-fi-connection-problems.html

I have the S20 Ultra. And I've tried unplugging my router for 30 seconds. It only happens on my home connection, yes. I've tried literally everything. I can't find most of the setting I see in other posts and videos online.

Is your router set up to use 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz, or is it using 802.11ac? If it's using 2.4 GHz, try changing the wi-fi channel in the router settings.
