WiFi won't connect

My wifi will not connect to my home network. It's been fine until today. It shows up that the signal strength is good. Says it is available. Then in the settings for wifi you watch it say, searching...connecting...disconnecting.... And it just keeps looping. Never connects. I've tried powering down, and removing battery. No help. Anyone?

Did you also power cycle your wifi router?

No, I have not done that. I figured since my PC is working that this shouldn't matter. Should I still do that?
