Will an unlocked Google US S4 work on Australia LTE?

I live in the US, but may be moving to Australia. If I buy a US Google S4 (unlocked as it comes), will it work on Australia's Telstra LTE if I use a Telstra SIM?

Or at the very least, will it work at 3G speed? The question of frequency and different country compatibility is so confusing.
Any thoughts would be helpful.
