Will Costco have Razr Maxx on 1-26?

I asked at my Costco today. They said they didn't have it and they probably won't get it. Also stopped at Fry's and Radio Shack, and neither of them had it either.

Maybe they are skipping this version of the RAZR and are waiting for the developers version to be released.

Not if Costco is smart. It's supposed to have an unlocked boot loader and no warranty. Imagine how many returns they would get if they gave customers 90 days to return their bricked phones.

We're waiting for Costco to get the Maxx too. I have the Razr and my bf got the Nexus. We just got ours 2 weeks ago.
Our Costco also said they should be getting it. Not sure when though.

Also for anyone wondering, BJ's has it in the stores. So other places besides BB and Verizon are getting them. Hopefully we'll see it soon at Costco.

It hasn't even been announced for the states yet, just Europe. Plus there is no guarantee VZW would even subsidize another RAZR. To get that your only choice might be importing and full retail (and that's with no warranty).

I doubt VZW or any retailer is keen on selling a phone that has no manufacturer's warranty, and having to field all the calls from angry customers who screwed something up.

I've tried a number of times at my Costco (Chicago) and it appears they will get it the SAME day you find a full grown UNICORN in your bath tub! (aka never)

Have no real information and couldn't care less if they tried.

I'd love to deal with Costco for the customer protection and extras they give you with the phone, but this cause is hopeless. I quit.

FWIW, the Costco in Columbia, MD, told me they're going to start carrying the Razr Maxx sometime in March.

Costco will start Selling from Tomorrow 1st March but Home Service only. That means you can order and will be shipped to your home address - they don't know when they'll have their own stock but all the Costco pricing will be announced tomorrow. No stores have any stock in my area so had to order online to get the Leap Day deal and ships with Free FedEx to receive in 2 days.

Maxx is in stock now at Costo located in Glen burnie, MD. Will go by this evening to pickup one or the nexus. I spoke to the gentleman this morning he has 6 nexus in stock but he recommends the Maxx over nexus saying that he had quite a few returns on the Nexxus. When I get there I will ask the reasons for the return, meanwhile I'm doing my research between the two so I can weigh the pro's and cons.

I got tired of waiting for Costco, so I ordered my Maxx from Amazon Wireless for $229, no sales tax (which is usually a big chunk of change for cell phones, since they tax you on the actual retail price, not the discounted store price). Activation was easy, and they threw in a car charger for free. The main thing I'm missing is Costco's return policy, but after doing my research, I was pretty sure I'd be keeping this baby. I know Costco was offering a free dock with the original Razr, but I wonder if they're still planning to do that with the Maxx, considering it's now the most expensive flagship phone for Verizon.
