Will flashing ruin my new ROM and ICS?

After downgrading my baseband back to VZD, rooting with Xionia, installing Reborn ROM and, finally, installing Cyanogen Mod 9 ICS, everything works great. My question is, when I take my phone to be flashed to Cricket, will all my work have been in vain?

There is a possibility that it might get undone. It all depends on what they do during flashing. When I used to flash og Droids and Eris phones to cricket we wiped them and installed a custom ROM regardless of what was on the phone.
