Hello,

I am form Egypt. I already ordered Nexus 4 but then I realized that it might not work here on Vodafone EGY :D
Please, if any information/confirmation available pass it on to me here :)

Thank you.

If Vodafone EGY is GSM then it should as the Nexus 4 is a true world phone.

Yes it is. I thought Google may disable Nexus 4 outside any of the countries allowed to buy form Google Store.

Thank you so much :)

As long as Vodaphone EGY uses one of the following frequencies you're fine:

GSM/EDGE/GPRS: 850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz
3G: 850, 900, 1700, 1900, 2100 MHz

Also depends on what frequencies that use....

Sent from my Nexus 4 using Android Central Forums
From Google Play "NETWORK
Unlocked GSM/UMTS/HSPA+
GSM/EDGE/GPRS (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz)
3G (850, 900, 1700, 1900, 2100 MHz)
HSPA+ 21"

and that's the same as my BB 9900 support.

Any GSM Network should work with it. Unless, your'e going to China or somewhere where they use CDMA, it should work on all networks.

Works out of the box in New Zealand apart from the MMS settings, which I found on my carriers website.
