Will Note 4 be band 12, 700mhz ready for Tmobile

The number 1 reason I will buy, or not buy this phone is if it has the needed hardware to connect to Tmobile's 700mhz network they are starting to launch. I am in a large area covered by it and only have access to 2g, with no wall penetration. Can anyone confirm or deny if it will be band 12 ready? ( I believe that is the band the LTE is deployed on)

Carrier network specs have not been announced yet. Only the global network specs have. Here are the global ones for anyone else who cares, but this doesn't help you. You will have to wait a bit longer to find out.
