Will the MOTO G (2014) XT1064 work in Asia?

I am going to Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia later this month. I bought a Moto G (2014) XT1064 to use over there. It is factory unlocked. Will it work overseas? Do I just need to put in a Thai SIM card?
