Will the "Power+N" methos work to return to stock on a rooted NC?

Folks,

I just got a NC which I promptly rooted. Cool. Love it. Upgraded to Honeycomb from SD card. Cool but I would like to use the reading features in this baby. Then the upgrade to Froyo was announced by B&N and I thought Hmmm I would like to play with this. My question is: If I want to return to factory setting so I can get the clean upgrade can I use the "Hold power & N button for 6 seconds" method to restore to factory setting even when I my tablet is rooted? Thanks for any comments you might want. I just do not want to brick this baby...yet...

That method worked for me.

This method didn't work for me. I did use the clockwork mod recovery without issue.
