Hi Guys
Just bought a GN4 (in the UK) and went to get new SD card. I bought a Scandisk 32gb Extreme MicroSDHC UHS-I card, speed up to 45mb/s 300x, but I'm not sure it will work. Can anyone tell me (Before I open the package) if this SD will work or should I change it?

Any help appreciated,
Gra

I wouldn't use anything by a Samsung branded card. I have tried many brands, including high-end Sandisk cards, and the only one that works consistently is a Samsung branded card. Others have had similar experiences as well.

I just recently bought a Samsung card for my Samsung tablet to store Google movies. It is working great so far.

I would stay away from SanDisk, especially Extreme series. I had two fail on me for no apparent reason, constant unmounting and remounting, replaced it with a Samsung one and never had a problem since.

I've been using a samsung one for many months. No problems.

I just got my Samsung Class 10 32GB Pro Sd Card delivered yesterday and moved over 1000 music files from one, onto a flash drive, and onto the new Samsung card and the files transferred incredibly fast. I was very impressed and I could be mistaken, but I swear the music sounds cleaner and richer after doing that. But that could be entirely in my head.

Yes this card will work fine. I use Samsung cards (both EVO and PRO) as well as ScanDisk UHS-1 Class 10 cards, and the Lexar UHS-1 extreme cards which are the fastest in class. They all work just fine, I have had no issues with any of these brands over the years in all available iterations. Additionally, ScanDisk has a life time warranty that will replace any card that fails. And, of course, anyone who is not automatically backing images and videos up on one or more of the free cloud services is just foolish.
