we will probably get a rom but not a leak. they wouldn't even think about an update until the Evo 3D comes out and even then we will still have to wait at a minimum of a few weeks so the they can maximizes their profits of the Evo 3D

If you are willing to root and install a rom, CM7 and Evervolv are on Gingerbread already.
