Not so much upgrading from but considering which to go for. N4 is cheap now and very capable. The things that concern me with it though are the fragility of the glass back, the 'red light of death' issue and users reporting notification LED being killed off with 4.3. The 4 still looks like a great device though and as a foray into Android it won't be TOO much down the pan if I end up not liking it or if it has major problems (RLOD or glass back shattering). Other option of course is to shell out extra when the 5 comes out, mindful that it should be good for 2-3 years easy. I'm not a serial upgraded these days TBH, if it handles calls, sms, other messaging, a few dozen apps (not into gaming, multi-media or even camera / video) I'll be quite happy. Another reason why the 4 still beckons. Friends of mine still happily use S2s.
