WiMax issues in Pittsburgh

Has anyone noticed WiMax throughput problems since the ICS upgrade (as in, SLOWER than 3G)? When I called Sprint last night, we did a connections reset, but that didn't fix the problem. They claim they haven't had any issues with WiMax connection from HTC yet, and their most recent WiMax outage was repaired on 7/30. It seems to affect two ZIP codes in Pittsburgh. Could it be the towers aren't working, or is there something in the ICS software that is crippling WiMax?
