WiMax Nexus S

I loved the keyboard until the update.zip 2.2 update. Now I have to slow down my typing and constantly fix missed keys.

Honestly, I'm starting to wonder if the benefits of this 2.2 update were worth the costs. Yes I know about rooting and ROMS but I shouldn't have to go that route for basic functionality. New features and extra customization sure...but not to make standard functions work properly.

I never have luck with any custom Roms. I always end up not liking something and flashing back.

And your right. I wanted Bluetooth dial but the Bluetooth doesn't hear the words right.
Flash is cool and all but some videos really aren't great over 3g. The biggest thing I wanted it for was nhl video and its so choppy I can't even watch it.

My Bluetooth has been choppy to when listening to music. Sometimes its so bad I have to disconnect and turn off and on the Bluetooth to get a better connection. Its really annoying.

Then again 2.1 wasn't that great either. At least my gps works good now. I think that's only because of the fix I did with option 4 on that last with hands free pro.vision set up for the entire device

I was one of the few who had no issues with the GPS before the patch...thankfully I still have no issues (only improvements) after.

Apps2SD and proper exchange support were the 2 most important parts of Froyo that I was looking forward to.

Another was the previously announced feature of a threaded call log, instead we got some jacked up history mixing texts and calls together...sigh.

The thought of the Nexus on Sprint does appeal to me, even though I love a keyboard, I realize now that I can do without if I need to. If a pure vanilla android phone is available when I upgrade in the fall (on Sprint) I most likely will go for it.
