I have been an iPhone user now for 2 years (and thru all 3 gens so far) and I can honestly say that I am bored with my device. All this time there has been no refreshes to the device. I tried switching to a moto droid a few months ago(right after launch) but did not care for the device all that much(physical keyboard). I have always wanted an HTC Sense UI phone but held back on the Droid Eris because of the slower processor but now the HTC Increidible is simply that.. Incredible! It's the phone I have been pining for over a year and now with Verizon's amazing network (esp in my area) backing it and the VZ being the NFL exclusive provider, I am pumped to have an opportunity to own this device!! I hope I win this as I've never won anything before in my life!!

This is what I'm going to use: TV-Out!!!

I am going to take advantage of the TV-Out, here is how: Imagine playing a power-point presentation, viewing a PDF, playing a video game, browsing the web. All on big-screen.

Imagine, walking into a meeting, and presenting the entire power-point on the phone (hooked up to a projector or TV)

Then, visit the friends/family (in-laws) and show then photos, home-videos, of the kids, or a recent family vacation. Allows everyone to see the photos/video without having to crowd around the phone, just watch the TV.

Then, during vacation, browse websites or watch movies on the TV in the hotel room. Or hook-up a movie to the LCD screen, for the kids, to watch in the car.

The possibilities are endless!!1

NOW That's Incredible !

My name is Dan. Ever since I heard there was a new phone coming out - the "Droooooooid" to compete with iphone, I started doing some research on the internet. That is how I found this incredible website (ANDROID CENTRAL). AC kept me up to date with news, spec leaks, and videos of this "Drooooooid" before it was ever out. Yet, I was not satisfied because I also read about some incredibly fast Snapdragon chipset platform with a 1GHz-plus processor. I new I wanted this, so I have been waiting........ waiting ..... and waiting to find out what phone would come out with this incredible Snapdragon. My wife was making fun of me saying that Snapdragon did not even exist. "Haaaa" I said. It does exist and it will come out - look here on Android Central and read all about it. They say it does exist. I told her. I have to have this incredibly fast Snapdragon phone. I just have to own it.
I live in Southern California, San Diego. I have an incredibly fun job. I am a Paramedic Firefighter. During fire season I am not home much as I am fighting wild land fires for days/weeks. When I am out there and have some time I call my Wife from my 3 year old Razor phone. I try to tell her where I am and what I am doing but With this incredible phone I will be able to keep her in-touch with a travel app. It will be incredibly easy now for her to see where I am and look at pictures or videos of these incredible fires that me and my crew are fighting. This phone will also be used as a digital camera replacement. I own an old hand-me-down 3MP camera. When I heard that the incredible has an 8MP I said "Now that's INCREDIBLE" how the heck can they fit that into a phone. I can't wait to visit my parents - hook the incredible phone to the TV and show them a slide show of their new (first) grandson and the fires I go to. Oh I can't wait to hear my Dad say "That's INCREDIBLE" and "What phone is that" I will tell him "it's Incredible isn't it. It's just Incredible." hahahahaha.... Man I hate showing him embarrassing blurry pics with our old camera and small videos or tiny pictures of there grandson on my Razor. They always tell me to get a new camera because I will regret it later when my boy gets older. Also If I have this incredible phone it will be easier for me to maintain my incredible physeek and health with a personal trainer app. Is that how you Spell "physeek" or is it physique. I don't know. I am a terrible speller. I guess I could use the incredible google voice search on the incredible phone and just say the word "physeek" - which will show the correct spelling in the searches found. Now that's going to incredibly help me with my spelling!!!! How incredible is that? With this new incredible phone it will be incredibly fast for me to respond back to my friends on facebook with the new HTC sence UI. My friends will be asking me how I am responding back to them so incredibly fast now. Also my incredible sharp and clear pictures along with incredible videos will show up as "uploaded by android mobile". Now they will not have to wait for me to be around a computer at home to respond. When they ask how I do it and what android camera phone/smart phone am I using to post on facebook. I will respond back "It's incredible isn't it?" I will pause for a moment and say "It's just INCREDIBLE." they will look like this hahahahaha. Typing this is even incredibly fun just dreaming about it! I can go on and on and on as I have been dreaming and wanting to own a smart phone. I have a list of +70 incredible android apps already on an excel spread sheet that I want. And I don't even own an android phone yet. I can get rid of my Thomas Guide map book in my truck because I will be using the incredible navigation app from google. I'm sorry but A gps in a phone is very incredible to me. I will never get lost. I just thought I would not be satisfied with any of the phones that were out on the market right now. Until NOW. I want this incredible phone. Well to wrap it up. I wonder how many people actually read through all of this? Sorry it was so long. I just feel incredible right now!!!! I just think it would be incredible if I won this incredible phone because I have never won anything in my whole life and I would feel incredible everyday from here on!

I also thought up of some goofy names with an acronym for HTC. Heros That Care. or Heros That Can. I thought that was a perfect reason for every firefighter to own an Incredible phone... Also I just found out that all of my protocal for the Medics here in San Diego are on an app. Engineer calculations is on an app. An APGAR scale for new borns is on an app. There are so many apps that can help me while I'm at work - Even a HAZMAT app exist....... This is incredible to me !!!! I can'tstop thinking of this incredible phone. I got to have it

I am probably one of the only people that spends their day at university refreshing the androidcentral home page in class waiting for updates about android and smartphones without actually owning either I am dying to join in on the action firsthand, but until acquiring a phone, I'm settling for the display models at the Verizon store.. The incredible feats I'm planning on doing is fitting my google-centric life into the palm of my hand, managing my educational, social , and financial life in this incredible device, and not having to sit at a computer to refresh updates on Android devices

Incrediblelishisness...

...is what i need! My incredible adventure started when i picked up the omnia and noticed, right away, all the short comings of my phone. So here I am feverishly typing any good thing that can win your hearts and minds to be gracious enough to grant me the opportunity to own such a great device. I have a bachelor party coming up soon, and unlike the movie " The Hangover", I would love to be able to capture all the action we'll run into and after reading the specs, hands down, it would handle this task easily. I would have an incredibly good conversation with my girlfriend, who, by no fault of her own, would be told from my incredibly confident voice, that yeah I can find directions to your friends house and not get us lost. I would be able to capture those special life moments with my daughter, and impress my Motorola Droided out co-workers and show them what a real phone does! I dont own a fancy car, or house (I'm aiming for those though), so my pride and joy, outside of my family and friends, is my phone. I love riding the Metro into work and being able to show someone something that they never knew they could do on their phone. Too many times, with my current phone, I said to the effect, " I wish I had more memory, I have this app which...", it's disappointing. If I won this phone, I'd do the incredibly human thing of showing what possibilities can exist, that could ease a person's lifestyle, with the right phone.
