I got to play with this phone the other day....and the screen is phenominal. The 4G ios wicked fast, and programs load with little to no lag time. I am stuck with an old Curve, and I would love to have this bundle of sweetness. I might even dance nekkid.

I've been a follower of wmexperts for years now but I'm certainly ready to make the switch to androidcentral. I've got coworkers with Droids and I've got a serious case of Droid envy now. My old Winmo phone seems pretty drab next to the Galaxy S phones that I've been drooling over.
And drool is pretty much the reason why I can't upgrade my phone - no money to buy a new toy with the new baby not to mention his older brother and sister.
Sigh... Here's hoping.

Android Central is the best!

Ok, so I'm sucking up a little to win the Epic 4G, but Android Central is my new favorite site for anything Android.

I'm currently running 2.1 on a Sprint HTC Hero, but I'm a little pissed that there are no plans to upgrade to 2.2. I'd love to get hands-on with the Epic, especially because I would be the guinea pig at my office.

Since I was an early adopter with the Hero, I missed out on the recent upgrades to the Evo at my company. Hopefully I would like the Epic better than the Evo. At least I'm hearing good things so far.

I registered just for this purpose! I've currently been using my old Samsung Moment and I love it, but its showing its age. When the EVO came out I thought about switching but I just love the slide out keyboard, and Sprints network is the best in my area, the only one offering 3G. And I live 30 mins from a large city that has 4G and travel there weekly for family, this phone would rock! All my phones going way back to my Metro PCS days have always been Samsung, I just love Samsung. This is the phone I will be upgrading to when I can afford it and the contact is up for upgrade (may) so long time to wait, I would love to win this phone! And of course I can only use an Android phone, I just do not like the other OS's out there. Been long time reader just never posted Love the smilies

I really think that this is Sprint's best offering this year. I cannot wait to get my grubby little hands on it (I have to wait tilll October for my 1 year upgrade price unless I'm the random person here).

I played with the mock up at Best Buy. I definitely like the look and feel (the weight was OK, definitely heavier than my Hero).

Can't wait for some Froyo goodness

I just saw the webos 2.0 preview and I really wish I could win an Epic. It would make things a lot easier if I could get both the Epic and the Pre 2.

Looks like our company is switching over to Sprint for all mobile devices - that's the good news. The bad news is not the cost of the Epic is above what they're paying so the rest will come out of my pocket. If that's not a good reason then I don't know what is!!

I'm thinking the Epic 4G will be better than the Evo 4G for gaming for a couple of reasons - the better GPU and the hardware keyboard makes for better gameplaying, too, especially if you have that gaming keypad overlay thingy (I can't remember the name of it right now) that is simply a rubbery covering for a hardware keyboard (specific to each model layout, of course) with normal game keys on top of the real keyboard beneath.

Plus, 4G FTW where available, of course.

What perfect timing for the Epic 4g to release! It's like sprint knew I was looking at it and magically made my HTC Hero's 3g radio burst into flames and quit working. I cant wait for my next pay check because I'm getting a new Android phone whether I win one or not!

I have the HTC Droid Eris, fantastic phone but always love an upgrade. I still have a little over a year to go, winning would make me wait no longer. The front facing camera would make talking to my family in Las Vegas from Cleveland much more special.

I would love to win a Samsung Epic 4G phone. I am currently using a Palm Pre and I am having constant problems. I am not eligable for an upgrade until Feb 2011. I would love an Epic to releave my pain. Thanks!!!
