Soon to be former Iphone User.
When I bought my iPhone in 2008 I loved it. I played with it everyday and it changed my life. Now that my 2 year contract is almost up I was planning on getting the next iPhone. Then I read about the EVO. I couldn't believe what this phone had to offer. The most important thing to me for the EVO has to be the freedom. Too long have I been forced to use one video codec on my phone, good apps come and go because they violate some arbitrary rule, will never experience flash on a mobile device or the same UI that has not changed in 4 major software releases.
That also doesn't include the change in the carrier that has horrible customer service, continued dropped calls and lost SMS messages. I look forward to another device changing my life and Google, HTC and sprint are leading the way.
