The combination of the speed and size... so the keyboard is perfect as is. I have a hero, and don't get me wrong, I love it. I don't see how someone with an unrooted one could stand the lag though. After seeing this puppy in action, I know that won't be an issue, and my big thumbs can type without having to use the auto-correct.
Couple this device with LogMeIn Ignition, and you got yourself a sweet computer, mobile phone, tech support providing piece of work!

Scratch that... The feature I'm looking forward most is: Proximity sensor. I just got off the phone with my gf where my face decided to dial a bunch of random numbers!!!!

Why do I need an EVO? I need to place the EVO face-to-face with my employer-supplied iden Motorola i580 and watch the moto wet itself and then disintegrate.

C?mon, iden was the inspiration for ?I don?t?, and I am so tired of a coverage map that is smaller than Luke Wilson?s credibility. Help me EVO (wan), you?re my only hope. (shameless Star Wars reference meant to stir nostalgic positive vibes).

What feature do I want most? I live and work in 4G and can really use connection speed to switch from voice only to voice & video field reports. Real-time video reports?now we?re talking.

Well i just graduated college and i got a new job that requires me to move out of state. I would love the EVO 4g because of that huge 4.3 inch screen and i would use the front facing camera to video chat with my family from afar!

I need this phone! Tired of the wifi shuffle in airports, in meetings, etc.

The local wifi hotspot feature will be used often for me.

Thanks!
Tim

The feature that I'm excited about THE most... would have to be new front facing camera! There's A LOT of features I'm excited about for this new device, but that was just one of my top 5... :)

Maybe it's the massive 4.3-inch screen. Maybe it's the full 1GHz Snapdragon processor. Maybe it's the 4G WiMax. Or the 8-device WiFi hotspot capability. Or the HDMI-out. Or the two-way video chat. Or the simultaneous voice and data.

YES to all... As far as I'm concerned this is the first Android phone to be released that I would say the iPhone is chasing (even the leaked yet to be released iPhone). Bigger better screen, better camera with a FLASH (2 actually), on a network where you don't have to be concerned if you'll be able to use your phone to place a call (AT&T is VERY unreliable). So, yes please...

I'm most excited about the 1ghz snapdragon processor. I currently have the HTC hero for Sprint and the only flaw is the processor, it makes the overall experience worse cause everything runs slowly.

I love the fact that you can talk and surf the web at the same time sounds great for multitasking which i often am trying to do

I?m an iPhone hater. Android is the way of the future?except when it comes to processing speed. I?ve tested some of the ?other guy?s? phones and ashamed to admit, their apps are more responsive which made me jealous and envious?until NOW. The EVO is my confidence in the future dominion of Android. With its 1GHz Snapdragon processor I know we can over take those ?other guys? and maybe a few small countries along the way
