Why I need an Evo!

I want the "massive" 4.3 inch screen!

(I keep telling my wife 4.3 inches is "massive" but she never believes me ;) )

It has to be the kickstand plus the huge screen. I can finally imagine this beast replacing all my "in car" driving needs from GPS to a movie for the wife and kid all the while playing my favorite tunes through my car stereo. I can't wait.

I'm Excited Bout The Huge 4.3 Screen & Video Chat The First Step To Having every Phone With Video Chat

The 4G!!! But we don't have 4G here and probably won't anytime soon so I pick the awesome camera, no more carrying a camera with me at work!

Hi. I am most looking forward to the 4.3 inch screen and man like aesthetics oh and voice and data at the same time. I mean come on!!!! since my nexus one died (not root related) literally days after I'd voided the warranty on it. I would massively appreciate such an awesome super duper phone it would surely alleviate my pain.

4G speeds on an impressive 4.3 inch screen along with HD video and an 8 MP Camera will make portable media a new part of my life.

htc evo

what I am most excited about is being on a car ride with my wife & kids down to the beach. My daughter is on her netbook (connected to the hotspot feature on my new evo) meanwhile I am on the phone with sprint thanking them for luring me away from my elementary palm pre. & then when we get home, being able to watch the videos of us playing at the beach (that I took on my state of the art phone) on our hdmi television via the hdmi port of this amazing phone!!!!

My htc evo 4g

My 2 brothers and sisters in law have iphones, I just want to stick the EVO in front of their faces and go nananananana!!!!!! EVO rules!!!

I've been waiting all my life for you evo!!

what i love about this phone is the snapdragon 1ghz processor!!! bad ass!!! and who can forget the HDMI output !!

The best feature is Sprint will have the top phone on the market for the first time in my 10+ years as a customer! So excited!

The Evo 4G and me. This love affair would likely result in marriage, as I just can't get over that BEAUTIFUL 4.3 inch screen. The virtual keypad must be a dream to type on with a screen of that size! Good god, what a lovely phone! :D

HTC Evo > Life

I find it hard to settle on just one distinguishing best feature of the Evo. Technically speaking, it is just the best in every category and PWNS every other phone out there. The two features I'm MOST excited about are the MASSIVE 4.3" TFT capacitive touchscreen and the "snappy" 1 GHz Snapdragon processor from Qualcomm.

I am currently an HTC Hero user and love it, however as each day goes by I find myself more and more wanting more screen real estate to be able to utilize, not to mention the ability to see more at once in the web browser or while watching videos, which I do a lot of on my phone. Also, anyone who's used a Hero for a while knows that the current CPU's clock speed of 528 MHz just doesn't cut it anymore, as the phone often gets bogged down and lags intermittently while navigating the device. This was easy to overlook at first, but becomes more and more annoying as the days roll by.

I can't wait for the Evo to hit the market, and I hope it does more to help save Sprint than the Pre did! I was so excited for the Pre to hit the market last year, and was convinced it would be both Sprint's and Palm's savior. Then it came out and the build quality was horrible. After exchanging the device 8 times through both Sprint and Palm, I finally had to ditch it for the HTC Hero and hence began my relationship with Android. I've never looked back since. Sorry, Dieter :D

android > iphone

I think my favorite feature for the Evo 4G is that it has 2 way video chat. This is going to revolutionize video conferencing. No more being stuck on laptops to talk through a webcam... on-the-go video conferencing :D
and then to have this 1 GHz processor would make it run much smoother. I would love to have one :D
