My favorite feature of the EVO is that it isn't an iphone!

I have to say that my favorite feature of the EVO is not the unbelievable screen, the over the top 8 MP camera, the wimax capability, or any of the other hundreds of forward thinking features of the phone. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE ALL OF THEM, but that's not the best thing about the evo.

The thing that makes the EVO so great is that IT IS NOT AN IPHONE! i've had an iphone since the day it came out and while it's served me well, apple has fattened up its bank account while not listening to a single complaint, suggestion, or greviance from all of us die hard tech dorks (self proclaimed of course, lol) that fuel the fire of their sales numbers.

Finally HTC has listened to all of the complaints, requests, and even come up with some things willy wonka couldn't even dream up. Innovation stems from taking things to the next level and while apple started the ball rolling, they've steadly dropped the ball ever since. In steps HTC to save the day, viva open source and viva HTC!

I like the 4.3 inch screen and been having all my friends check out the phone. It will definitely make Sprint a contender and have a whole bunch of people sign up! And the most exciting feature would have to be the 4G. Unlimited 4G!!!!!!!!!! Now only if Sprint will hurry up and bring 4G to Orlando,FL............

There once was this little boy who had dreams of owning the ultimate phone, one that could do everything that he could ever think of. I most excited about the mobile hotspot capability.

I am not too worried about paying the extra 30 bucks because I have a plan. You see, I am a student. When I am out and about doing what students do, I will use the mobile hotspot capability to do homework and research (and Twitter and Facebook and MySpace and catch up on the latest Android news on the Android Central website and ...). To cover the cost of the additional $30, I will allow hotspot access to my fellow students for a donation (Is that legal? If not, I will just require them to bring pizza.)
