HTC EVO 4G Contest

I am so excited about this new android phone. There are so many features to get excited about! However the one thing I'm most looking forward to is taking pictures with the 8mp camera and being able to share them instantly. I have a very special sister who has Down's Syndrome and now advanced Alzheimer's Disease and having pictures of her and caring them with me at all times is very important to me. I take take of Bonnie, so I'm blessed to be with her, but we have another sister and a brother (who lives 2000 miles away) as well as numerous other relatives, that would appreciate photos and videos of my Bonnie.

To me the ability to record 720p video and 8mp stills is surreal. I'm already using my 3.2mp camera more than my digital camera. 8mp now?? the world is mine to capture.

I like the fact that the EVO is different from the iPhone. It's the first Android device that has made me think about getting rid of my 3GS. As an owner of all three iPhones, I truly hope the EVO gives it a run for its money.

The camera, HTC sense, processor, and size are all enticing features. 4G is going to be sweet but it's a little early in the game to get excited about until it's fully implemented across the country.

Give me the EVO and I'll give up my 3GS.

The feature I'm most excited about is the front facing camera with the ability to have an electronic face-to-face chat with someone. I work for an engineering comapny and travel several months out of the year. It would be amazing to have the capability to connect with my wife and see her if only for a few minutes during my busy days away form home. We plan on having a baby soon and I would love to be able to connect with my wife at any point during the day at a moments notice and see our child. It's not easy to pull out my webcam and throw it on my lap top in a quick and timely fashion so I'm afraid Im going to miss some of those important moments like his/her first steps. I would of course by a second phone for her aswell so we could take advantage of this feature.

Maybe it's the massive 4.3-inch screen. Maybe it's the full 1GHz Snapdragon processor. Maybe it's the 4G WiMax data speeds. Or the 8-device WiFi hotspot capability. Or the HDMI-out. Or the two-way video chat. Or the simultaneous voice and date. Or its ability to overthrow small nations (roaming charges may apply)

You expect me to choose a favorite feature from this set? Ok here goes....eeny meeny miney moe: the HUGE screen! No wait I change my mond the dual camera, no...um....the HDMI out!

I'm all excited about the dual cameras for video chat with my wife and son while I'm at work. I'm a firefighter and I do 48 hour shifts. Also I'm excited about the HDMI out to look at clear pics and video on our TV!

I'm actually excited at the combination of the 8 megapixel camera with HD video shooting capabilities. I won't have to carry my point and shoot digital camera and my Flip camera anymore. Less things to have on me, yay!

I love the posibility to turn Sense off, and 8 Mpx camera, and everything...
And the most innovative (like HTC says) is, that the word "BRICK" (about size of phone) is now an advantage! I used to think, that, the phones in future gonna be smaller.
