I think the S-Pen makes all the difference. Why have such a large screen without a pen? Would help with so much.

There are many things that I am excited about on the Note 5 that my old Note 3 doesn't have. The main thing that would be amazing is the ability to take notes or use the s pen with the screen "off". Fast wireless charging seems to be really cool as I have had to replace the USB port on my Note 3 twice. With all the features of the Note 5 I am a little worried about how the battery life will be with a smaller (3000mah) battery and a higher resolution screen. I really would miss the MicroSD slot as I currently have a 64gig in my old note that is almost always full. I am also worried about this device not getting root/custom rom support for quite some time. What trumps all my worries is the anticipation and that new phone smell.. I am torn between the Note 5 and MotoX Pure, please help me make my decision by giving me a free Note 5!

Please save me from explaining to my wife why I need a new phone when my Note 3 is only 2 yrs old and works fine...lol

What am I looking forward to? Running multiple applications at the same time (I still have the original Note 1 and I miss this feature very much), taking notes with screen off and, compared with my old phone (Android 4.1.2), new features of Android in general.
